    Ingredients

    • 1 small mango, peeled and finely chopped
    • 1 shallot, finely chopped
    • Fresh coriander, chopped
    • 1-2tbsp sweet chilli sauce

    Method

    • Mix together the mango, shallot, a handful of fresh coriander and the sweet chilli sauce. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and serve with barbecued burgers.
