- 1 small mango, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- Fresh coriander, chopped
- 1-2tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Mix together the mango, shallot, a handful of fresh coriander and the sweet chilli sauce. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and serve with barbecued burgers.
