Ingredients
- 2 garlic bread baguettes
- 200g fresh tomato salsa
- 2x125g mozzarella balls
- Basil

Method
- Wrap 2 garlic bread baguettes in foil and cook for 10-15 mins on the BBQ until golden. Cool slightly, unwrap then cut into slices. Top with a spoonful from 200g fresh tomato salsa and a good helping of torn mozzarella from 2x125g balls.
- Put on the BBQ, and close the lid, if there is one (otherwise, cover with a loose tent of foil) and bake for 2-3 mins until melted. Garnish with basil.
