A green tea power smoothie bowl will help you kick the sniffles and get your immune system back on track! Packed full of nutrients to give you that added boost, this smoothie bowl is a great way to start the day, or even enjoy in the afternoon between lunch and dinner. Whenever you fancy a pick-me-up, get your blitzer ready and you can easily mix and match different berries, depending on what’s in season, and you can even throw in some pineapple too if you fancy.

Ingredients

  • ¼ avocado
  • 2tbsp natural yogurt
  • Handful of baby spinach
  • 1 pear
  • 4cm piece of cucumber
  • squeeze of lime
  • 100ml green tea
  • Handful of berries
  • Sprinkle of mixed seeds

Method

  • Blitz ¼ an avocado, 2tbsp natural yogurt, a handful baby spinach, 1 pear, a 4cm piece of cucumber, a good squeeze of lime and 100ml very strong cold green tea until smooth.

  • Top with a small handful of berries and a sprinkle of mixed seeds.
