This energy-packed soya milk smoothie is a great start to the day. And the fibre-rich linseeds help with digestion too.

Ingredients

  • 1 pear, peeled
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 100ml soya milk
  • 75ml yogurt
  • 2tsp linseeds (also known as flaxseed)

Method

  • Place the peeled pear into a smoothie maker (like Smoothie 2GO)

  • Cut the banana into chunks and add to the pear with the linseeds and yogurt.

  • Top the ingredients up with soya milk and then blend until smooth.
