It’s not a barbecue without the bangers and everyone will love these sweet and tangy glazed sausages

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 lime
  • Fresh coriander, finely chopped,
  • 1⁄2tbsp lime pickle
  • 1⁄2tbsp honey
  • 400g pack pork and chilli sausages.

Method

  • In a bowl, mix the lime juice and zest, a handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped, the lime pickle and honey, and coat the pork and chilli sausages.

  • Cook on the barbecue, turning frequently until cooked through (about 10-15 mins).
