Try this delicious citrus thirst-quencher from our friends at Woman’s Weekly – perfect for hot summer days
- 4 limes; juice of 2, and 2 thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp caster sugar
- 350ml (12fl oz) lemonade
- Soda water or sparkling wine
- Mint sprigs, to decorate
Put the lime juice, slices of lime and sugar in a large jug and add the lemonade. Chill for an hour.
Top up with soda or sparkling water. Serve over ice, with lots of mint sprigs
Fancy something for adults only? Add a dash or two of white rum and stir well.
