The kids are going to love making these easy melted snowman biscuits. This simple recipe makes melted snowmen using Rich Tea biscuits, handful of white marshmallows and a little icing. Ready in just 10 mins, these biscuits would make the perfect treat for kids’ Christmas parties or bake sales. This recipe makes 6 biscuits but you can easily double or even triple the recipe and make a lot more. To create the face, we use an edible black pen, which you can by online or from specialist baking shops, but you could use black writing icing instead, which you can find in most supermarkets. These biscuits are best made on the day you eat them, but trust us – they won’t last longer!
