- 400ml double cream
- 200g condensed milk
- 1tsp vanilla extract
In a large bowl, beat all the ingredients together with an electric whisk to form soft peaks.
Scrap into freezable containers and freeze until solid. Transfer to the fridge 10 mins before serving.

To turn this into a crowd pleaser semi-freddo, line your tub with clingfilm first, then once the ice cream is solid, up turn onto a serving dish, unwrap clingfilm and decorate with chosen toppings.
