This refreshing yogurt drink with fresh papaya makes a healthy start to the day. Bursting with fruity flavour this drink is delicious. You could even serve it with papaya on top for fruity finish
Ingredients
- 1 papaya, deseeded, skinned and roughly chopped
- 1/2 x 500ml carton natural yoghurt
- Pinch ground cardamon
- 1-2 sp caster sugar
- Crushed ice, to serve
WEIGHT CONVERTER
Method
- Purée the papaya using a stick blender or in a food processor. Add the yogurt and cardamon.
- Whizz the mixture until blended. Add sugar to taste. Keep chilled until you're ready to serve and pour over crushed ice.
