Bright green pistachio nuts add a fantastic flavour and texture to this boozy butter. A guaranteed hit at Christmas dinner
- 75g (3oz) softened butter
- 75g (3oz) icing sugar
- 25g (1oz) chopped pistachio nuts
- 2tbsp dark rum
Cream together the butter and icing sugar until fluffy.
Stir in the pistachio nuts and dark rum.
Refrigerate until you’re ready to use.
