This simple sweetcorn recipe is a great way of adding a wonderful sticky and spicy glaze to corn-on-the-cob. Great on barbecues or grilled.
- 2 corn-on-the-cobs
- Sweet chilli sauce
- Salt and pepper
Halve 2 corn on the cobs and place each piece on a large piece of foil. Dot each with a knob of butter, drizzle over ½tbsp sweet chilli sauce and season well with salt and pepper.
Wrap the pieces of sweetcorn tightly in the foil and cook on the barbecue or under the gril for 20 mins, turning occasionally.
