This simple sweetcorn recipe is a great way of adding a wonderful sticky and spicy glaze to corn-on-the-cob. Great on barbecues or grilled.

Ingredients

  • 2 corn-on-the-cobs
  • Butter
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  • Halve 2 corn on the cobs and place each piece on a large piece of foil. Dot each with a knob of butter, drizzle over ½tbsp sweet chilli sauce and season well with salt and pepper.

  • Wrap the pieces of sweetcorn tightly in the foil and cook on the barbecue or under the gril for 20 mins, turning occasionally.
