In this simple breakfast recipe, we’ve paired fresh blueberries with oats that will help to fill you up and give you energy throughout the day, and fat-free Greek yogurt. The yogurt is a low lactose food, so it’s ideal of you’re looking to avoid dairy. We’ve used a tablespoon of honey to give this breakfast option a natural sweetness too. Ingredients

  • 50g (2oz) oats
  • 6 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 100g (4oz) blueberries

Method

  • To make this superfood recipe, toast the oats by dry frying them in a frying pan for 1-2 mins until golden.

  • Mix together the yogurt and honey and place half in sundae or wine glasses.

  • Then sprinkle half the toasted oats into the glasses. Top with half the blueberries then repeat the layers.
