In this simple breakfast recipe, we’ve paired fresh blueberries with oats that will help to fill you up and give you energy throughout the day, and fat-free Greek yogurt. The yogurt is a low lactose food, so it’s ideal of you’re looking to avoid dairy. We’ve used a tablespoon of honey to give this breakfast option a natural sweetness too. - 50g (2oz) oats
- 6 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 100g (4oz) blueberries
To make this superfood recipe, toast the oats by dry frying them in a frying pan for 1-2 mins until golden.
Mix together the yogurt and honey and place half in sundae or wine glasses.
Then sprinkle half the toasted oats into the glasses. Top with half the blueberries then repeat the layers.
