This tuna pasta recipe makes the perfect speedy lunch. It can be on the table in 15 minutes and serves two with a can of tinned tuna and some ready-made salsa. Tuna pasta recipes are great for the kids too.
- 150g (5oz) pasta bows
- 230g pot fresh tomato salsa
- 130g can tuna, drained
- 2 teaspoons capers
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Cook the pasta bows in boiling, salted water for 10 mins until al dente.
Drain and stir in the tomato salsa, tuna, capers and balsamic vinegar. Season.
