This version of the classic cocktail has all the creamy deliciousness of the origional without the alcohol.
- 6oz pineapple juice2oz coconut cream
- 1 cup crushed ice
- To decorate
- Maraschino cherry
- Pineapple slice
Put the ingredients into a blender and blend well at high speed.
Pour into a tall, chilled glass and decorate with the cherry and pineapple.
