Last week I wrote about a news story that said most people’s knowledge of a heart attack is based on what they see on TV and in the movies.

Well, last night the British Heart Foundation tried to change that with a one-off 2-minute long advert. They called it the most important two minutes of your life and the idea behind it was to show you what it really feels like to have a heart attack.
