It’s getting darker and I dread this time of the year.
I’m one of the millions of people who suffer from SAD. The dark evenings and general feeling of dullness outside often take me into a bit of a slump.
To combat this I’ve tried to do a few things to ward it off: I’ve tried to do a little more exercise than normal, have been taking St John’s Wort tablets for the last month and generally tried to reduce stress.
Some days I feel a bit more ‘yellow’, some a bit more ‘grey’. I’m hoping yellow will win out!
