Slim-Nite contains three amino acids, L-ornithine, L-arginine and L-carnitine which work to break down fat and improve metabolism function overnight.

What are the pros?

- There has been some research that’s shown canitine to play a vital role in turning body fat into energy.
What are the cons?
- It’s hard to find much scientific evidence to back up the claims of Slim-Nite.

But you can get the same kind of effect – without any powders or supplements – by eating low-GI foods.’
