Ferne McCann has finally revealed the secret behind her ‘amazing’ post baby body, after receiving praise from fans on social media.
The reality TV star welcomed her first child back in November, and she’s since been getting praise from fans for how ‘amazing’ she looks after giving birth.
Under one the snaps, where she’s seen posing in a white jumpsuit, followers of the former TOWIE favourite flooded the comments section with compliments on her figure.
‘Body SNAPPED back like Pow! Yasss girl yassss @fernemccann inspiration right there’, one said.
A second wrote: ‘Gorgeous can’t believe you had Sunday in November! Credit to you, whatever you are doing it’s working!’
A third also commented: ‘As if you look that amazing so soon after giving birth 😫 gorgeous’, while another added: ‘Look amazing after having Sunday! #MumGoals.’
Many fans have been desperate to find out how the new mum has done it, and now she’s finally shared the secret behind her post baby body.
Taking to Twitter, she revealed that exercise has been her main way of getting back into shape, and she’s been training as part of a ‘driving fitness together’ Stagecoach scheme – an eight-week plan that aims to improve not only physical but also the emotional health of participants.
She wrote: ‘A big well done to all the @stagecoachgroup ladies who have completed the 2nd week of our #DrivingFitnessTogether fitness & wellbeing plan designed by my trainer @elliehopleyPT – great work. Me & Ell smashed today in the gym👏🏽💪🏽🏃🏽♀️ 3rd week starts Monday. You got this🖤’
The mum-of-one hadn’t spoken out her fitness regime until now, so now we know there’s a lot of hard work behind her amazing results.
Ferne welcomed her first child, baby girl Sunday, back in November. She announced that she’d given birth with a cute snap of her baby’s hand on Instagram, and later announced that she picked Sunday as her baby name.
As well as sharing many snaps of little Sunday on social media, Ferne also treated fans to a show documenting her pregnancy – Ferne McCann: First Time Mum – which aired on ITVBe in December.
