When was the last time you had a really good belly laugh?
This one is best done with friends. You can all sit in a circle looking at each other or even better, lie down on the floor with your heads on each others’ tummies.
Then, all you have to do is laugh. Is may sound daft and you may feel silly to start with, but we guarantee you’ll all be in hysterics in no time. (It’s great for the soul, but also doesn’t do the stomach muscles any harm either!)
