If you’ve got a little room at home, a bench press is a great piece of fitness equipment to have, but you’ll need to find out how to use it safely as there are over 30 different exercises to do.
Top tip for perking up your boobs: Set the bench at an angle between 45 and 60 degrees, grab a pair of dumbbells and lie face up on the bench, with your feet flat on the floor. Start with the dumbbells held slightly against your chest, with arms bent, then lift the weights towards the sky and repeat.
