Kate Wright hits back at body shamers with defiant video while on holiday with boyfriend Rio Ferdinand

The former TOWIE star took to Instagram to share the anti-body shaming post

Kate Wright has taken to social media to hit back at body shamers, after she was caught in an unflattering pose by paparazzi.

The former TOWIE star, who's been holidaying with boyfriend Rio Ferdinand and his children, posted the defiant video on Instagram to stand up to the people who criticised her body - literally.

In the short clip, the blonde is firstly seen sitting down and showing off the roll in her stomach while slouching, but then she stands up to show off her fantastic hourglass figure and clearly flat stomach.

'Right guys, I was caught like this the other day. It happens to the best of us. But, when I stand up, I'm back to normal', she says in the video.

While walking off, Kate grabs her bum and says: 'Mind the bad bits!'

Making it clear that the video was aimed at the people who body shamed her, the former reality TV star wrote in the caption: 'I'll remember I have to stand up 24/7 or I'll be body shamed #passmeanothercocktail🍸'

After sharing the video, Kate was bombarded by compliments from fans who rushed to tell her she had 'amazing' body, and said they were 'shocked' she was even body shamed in the first place.

One said: 'You have an amazing body! I just don’t understand why some people have to put other people down to make themselves feel better. They are obviously jealous and have nothing more important going on in their lives!'

A second wrote: 'Im shocked this has even happened to you , you have the best figure !! Good on you there's some nasty people out there!'

A third fan commented: 'You have an amazing body. Ignore negative comments they haven't got nothing better to talk about. Love have a body like yours. Curvy and toned.'

Kate has been on holiday in Dubai with Rio Ferdinand, who she's currently dating, and his three children.

Earlier this week, the former England captain made a sweet declaration to Kate, after calling her 'family' in an Instagram post.

The couple reportedly started dating at beginning of the year, but only made their relationship public in the summer when Rio also posted a picture of Kate holidaying with his family.

Further confirming the two are serious about each other and their relationship, Kate announced last month that she was taking a step back from her career to focus on 'Rio and his family'.
