Peter Andre reveals how he achieved his 13lb weight loss WITHOUT dieting

'I'm feeling really good'

Peter Andre has opened up about his recent 13lb weight loss - and explained how he managed to achieve his results without dieting.

The father of four addressed the subject in a recent new! magazine column, where he shared the secret that had helped him to slim down from around 12st 2lb to 11st 3lb over the last four months.

'I've been training so hard and I'm feeling really good! I'm now 72kgs and that's excellent for me,' he wrote.

'Four months ago, I was 78kgs. I haven't dieted – you know me, I'm not a big fan of diets – but I've been running an hour a day, six days a week.'

Peter added that it had taken him a while to get used to his new running regime, but he soon began to enjoy himself as he made more and more progress.

'That's like seven or eight kilometres a day,' he detailed. 'I used to hate running, but now I love it.'

Fans were certainly impressed with the singer's new physique when he shared a topless video of himself on Instagram recently, with one exclaiming: 'I honestly thought the picture at the beginning was from your mysterious girl days, you've still got the body Pete!'

'GOD Gave u all of His blessings inside & out!' another of his 667k followers agreed. 'KEEP UP the Great work!'

And it's not the first time that he's has given his social media audience a sneak peek into his exercise routine. Earlier this year, he shared a similarly revealing snap of his toned figure on Instagram, just before his 44th birthday.

'44 in a couple of weeks. Keep up you 20 yr olds lol,' he quipped at the time.

'Joking ok...just joking... but seriously.... keep up. Training for something very special. Still a ways to go yet but getting there #aintgivingupchocolatejustyet'.
