Adele has revealed that she’s tied the knot with partner Simon Konecki.
Rumours began circulating in December 2016 that the pair had married in secret, after the singer, 28, was spotted wearing a gold band on her ring finger, and now Adele has confirmed the happy news by referring to Simon as her ‘husband’ during an acceptance speech at the Grammys.
After her win for Album of the Year at the star-studded ceremony, where she bagged a total of five awards, she said to the audience: ‘Grammys, I appreciate it, the Academy, I love you, my manager, my husband and my son – you’re the only reason I do it.’
Adele and Simon are parents to son Angelo, 4, whom the star says has ‘made her a more emotional person ‘in every single way possible.’ Simon also has a daughter from a previous relationship.

Notoriously private about her personal life, Adele has never shared the story of how she and Simon, 42, met, but the couple were first pictured in public together in 2012.
In an interview with 60 Minutes in 2015, she referred to their relationship as ‘the ultimate love story’, adding: ‘Being in such an amazing relationship with someone that’s so there for me and so loyal and is really part of my core now.’
‘That’s what made me write about everything I’ve ever done, because I’ve got his love.’
‘I know that sounds a bit like I’m trying to write a Hollywood movie but it’s only because of him and our kids and stuff that I’m alright.’
The mum-of-one has also previously expressed a desire to expand their family together, telling fans at the end of her 107 show tour in 2016: ‘I’ll see you later. I’ll see you on the other side. I’m going to have another baby’.
