What is it?


Why is it an aphrodisiac?

Avocados contain vitamins D and E which boost your energy – giving you plenty of stamina for the main event.

In ancient Aztec times, avocados were also said to grow from the ‘testicle tree’ because when the fruits grow in pairs, they supposedly resemble a pair of men’s bits! We’re not sure that this really puts us in the mood but each to their own…

When you eat chillies your heart rate increases and you start to sweat – much like the way your body reacts during sex. Red chillis are the hottest and contain a substance that also gives you a brief natural high.
