Coronation Street star Bhavna Limbachia has finally revealed the identity of her husband after they tied the knot in a low-key ceremony last weekend.
Bhavna, who plays Rana Nazir in the much-loved ITV soap, has kept her romantic life under wraps.
However, she has now shared pictures of her and her loved-up beau after the pair married in a very intimate ceremony, held in Cheshire last weekend.
Wearing two stunning dresses, with a traditional white gown as well as a stunning Hindu Indian gown, the soap star looked sensational as she tied the knot with fellow actor husband Darren Kuppan.
“22 July 2018 | Mr & Mrs K ♥️,” the actress wrote alongside one Instagram post.
Her Coronation Street cast members joined in to congratulate Bhavna on the wonderful news, with many sharing messages on social media.
Her co-star, Fiona Wade, who plays Priya Sharma in the ITV soap, commented: “Soo beautiful!! Stunning!! Congratulations darling!”
Kate Connor who plays her onscreen lover Faye Brooks in the soap, also attended the ceremony.
Lucy Fallon, who plays Bethany Platt, was also among the guests alongside her boyfriend Tom Leech.
Until now, Bhavna has always kept the identity of her partner private.
In the past, she has attended all public events and awards ceremonies on her own.
Darren is also no stranger to soap opera life. The actor had a recurring role as a paramedic in Coronation Street from 2010 to 2013.
He also played Debbie Dingle’s short-term boyfriend in Emmerdale.
Seen retweeting the photos of him and his wife arm in arm in beautiful snapshots, Darren joked to one fan that the couple had no plans to have a baby just yet.
“Baby Kuppan? Give me some time!” he quipped
The loved-up couple are spending their honeymoon in Bali.
Bhavna’s character Rana has become a much-loved character in Corrie.
After leaving her husband to be with her girlfriend Kate in the soap, she became Weatherfield’s first gay Muslim character.
