Joe Wicks has announced his engagement to girlfriend Rosie with a sweet message on social media.
The Body Coach founder took to Instagram to reveal the happy news that he proposed to his long-term girlfriend, who he shares a four-month old daughter with, during a family holiday to Santa Monica, California.
‘My little family,’ he captioned the sweet photo of the newly-engaged couple with their baby daughter, Indie.
‘Our 3rd wheel comes everywhere with us and we love our adventures together. My Mum and Dad never got married when I was growing up and spent my whole life separating and getting back together and I always thought I didn’t believe in marriage.
‘But I now know what it means to want to stick together and to love someone enough to want to marry them. I asked Rosie to marry me and luckily she said yes ♥ It’s my goal in life to be committed and loyal to Rosie and Indie and always be there for them’.

Joe and his new fiancée, who have been together since 2016, announced that they were expecting their first child together back in May - letting fans know the happy news just two months before little Indie was born.
Following his daughter’s birth, the fitness coach opened up about how he and his now-fiancée chose their little one’s unusual name and the tricks he uses to get her to sleep.
In a video on his Instagram stories, Joe explained that he played the Ultimate Massage Music Ensemble playlist from Spotify on repeat nine times while Indie was coming into the world. And since bringing her home, he uses that to get her to drift off to sleep, claiming that she ‘sparks out’ every time he plays it.
