Strictly star Graziano Di Prima proposes to girlfriend Giadi Lini live onstage

Strictly Come Dancing's professional dancer Graziano Di Prima popped the question to girlfriend Giadi Lini while performing on stage live.

The 25-year-old got down on one knee to propose during a live performance of Burn The Floor in Watford.

After performing an intimate routine together, the topless Italian dancer stopped to propose to his 28-year-old girlfriend, Giadi.

The happy couple shared a kiss on stage and their fellow performers all cheered.

Fellow Strictly stars Kevin Clifton and Dianne Buswell supported the love-birds from the audience.

And, it was a double celebration for Graziano on Tuesday, as he turned 25-years-old.

Graziano shared his excitement on Twitter, posting a picture of him and Giadi looking into each others eyes.

He wrote alongside the photo: ‘Just a dream … 💍 In all my life I’ll never planned something so BIG for me and my lovely @giadalini , yesterday was an unforgettable day.

‘I’m still trying to realize what just happened!! Thanks to all my Burn the floor friends and family that support me… You are AMAZING!!’

Soon after, Giadi shared a picture of the special occasion on her Instagram.

She wrote: ‘Like in a fairytale… 👸 He proposed to me last night 💍! I will never forget this moment in all my entire life!’

‘You are my prince, the love of my life, and having my family there as well makes this day unforgettable!! Anyway… I said YES 🥰!!’

Friends and fans rushed to support the happy couple, including members of the audience who watched the special moment unfold on stage.

One said: ‘@GrazianoDiPrima @keviclifton @jojo_radebe absolutely thrilled to meet you all last night and totally blown away by the show. Graziano it was an honour to be a part of your special moment, which I will treasure. Wishing you both all the love & luck in the world ❤️ xx’

Clearly the two dancers have not been affected by the so-called ‘Strictly curse’.

Speaking to OK! Magazine, Giada said: ‘I come from the same background so I understand that if you dance together you have to be very close. I’m not jealous of that.’

Graziano and Giada have been together for four years and are both dancers by profession.
