Gallstones can be painful but there are many ways to ease the agony so you don’t have to suffer.
Peppermint tea is known for easing the pain as it soothes the stomach and helps dissolve the gallstones. You can pick peppermint tea up from most supermarkets and health food shops.
Other teas that can ease the pain are ginger tea and flax seed tea. With flax seed tea you will need some whole flax seeds from a health food shop. Heat up a saucepan of water and add about a tablespoon of the flax seeds, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain the seeds and drink.
Another drink that works well is apple juice, try taking it with a magnesium supplement to avoid stomach pain.
You could also try adding a tablespoon of cider vinegar to one cup of apple cider, this has also been known to help!
